These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, booking platform, and travel services, including cruises, yacht tours, and retreats. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By booking, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Some trips may have additional age or health requirements (e.g., for adventure tours).

2. Booking and Payments
Booking Process: Bookings are confirmed only after we receive full payment or a deposit (as specified) and send you a confirmation.
Pricing: Prices are in USD and include only what’s listed in the trip description. Taxes, fees, or optional extras (e.g., shore excursions) may apply.
Payment Terms: Deposits are due at booking; final payments are due 60 days before departure (or as specified). Late payments may result in cancellation without refund.
Changes: We may adjust itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational needs. We’ll notify you promptly and offer alternatives if possible.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide accurate information (e.g., name, passport details, medical conditions).
Comply with travel regulations (e.g., visas, vaccinations).
Follow safety instructions from our staff or partners.
Respect other travelers, crew, and local communities.
You’re responsible for any costs from non-compliance (e.g., missing a departure due to invalid documents).

4. Cancellations and Refunds
See our separate Refund Policy below for details. Cancellations must be in writing (email to [email protected]). Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

5. Travel Risks
Travel, especially at sea, involves risks (e.g., weather changes, medical emergencies). You acknowledge these risks and agree we’re not liable for events beyond our control, such as:

Natural disasters or severe weather.
Political unrest or strikes.
Delays or cancellations by third-party providers (e.g., cruise operators).
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and other risks.

6. Intellectual Property
Our website, logos, and content (e.g., photos, itineraries) are owned by Sea For You LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Use our services for illegal purposes.
Post harmful or offensive content on our platforms (e.g., reviews).
Attempt to hack or disrupt our website.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sea For You LLC is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, missed flights).
Losses from third-party actions (e.g., cruise delays).
Personal injury or property damage, unless caused by our gross negligence.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your actions, such as violating these Terms or causing harm during a trip.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vermont, USA. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts in Burlington, Vermont.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
